My name is Meg McKennan, I hail from Middlebury, Vermont and I am looking forward to living with, learning from and loving the individuals in Durban, South Africa.  I am 23 years old and a graduate from Merrimack College with a BA in Communications.  I served as an Augustinian Volunteer in da Bronx, New York last year and worked as the Educational and Activities Coordinator at Siena House Shelter.  I was blessed with a year of friendship, faith and love and I am excited to once again practice ministry of presence.  I enjoy delightful things like my Nana and breakfast sandwiches as well as singing “I bless the rains down in Africa!”
